•Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to quickly and effectively launch new ideas.
•Prepare briefs for designers and guide the creative process from concept to execution.
•Keep up with news and trends in the niche to craft modern, attention-grabbing creatives.
•Conduct and participate in brainstorming sessions and actively contribute to team discussions.
•Evaluate campaign performance and propose improvements or rewrites for future campaigns.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Creative Marketing or Content Marketing
•English proficiency at level B1+
•Proven track record of delivering creative campaigns
•Basic understanding of marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC)
•Systematic and organized approach with initiative to take on new challenges
