Job Summary

Support the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) finance planning, forecasting, and performance management for Retail and eCommerce. Partner with Commercial, Retail Operations, eCommerce, and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, data-driven financial insights, maintain alignment with regional/global FP&A standards, and improve reporting. Own budgeting and monthly reviews, analyze key Retail/eCommerce KPIs, build models and dashboards, and support month-end closing and variance analysis to enable profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Support annual Budget, Forecast, and Monthly Financial Review processes for Retail and eCommerce.
•Prepare recurring financial reports and business reviews, explaining performance vs Budget, Forecast, Prior Year, and strategic targets.
•Monitor and analyze Retail and eCommerce KPIs and analyze store and digital channel performance to identify risk, opportunities, and key business drivers.
•Support profitability analysis by channel, store, product category, and commercial initiatives; partner with Retail Operations, eCommerce, Merchandising, and Demand Planning.
•Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance trackers; support month-end closing, variance analysis, and continuous improvement of reporting, planning processes, and data quality.

Key Requirements

•Support annual Budget, Forecast, and Monthly Financial Review processes for Retail and eCommerce.
•Prepare recurring financial reports and business reviews explaining performance vs Budget, Forecast, Prior Year, and strategic targets.
•Monitor and analyze key Retail and eCommerce KPIs such as Net Sales, Gross Margin/Standard Margin, Traffic, Conversion, ATV, UPT, ASP, Markdown %, and mix.
•Develop financial models and ad hoc analyses to evaluate commercial opportunities, promotional activities, and business initiatives.
•Use advanced Excel; Power BI experience preferred, with SAP knowledge.
