  • •Record machine speeds, regrind silo levels, and other data on provided logs.
  • •Ensure color barrels and hoppers do not run empty.
  • •Adjust extruders and associated equipment when necessary to maintain production.
  • •Monitor extruder back pressure, amps, screw and feeder speeds, heats zones, and vacuum; check product appearance and make adjustments; assist with unusual problems.
