Define end-to-end roadmaps, translate business needs into detailed user stories, and collaborate with engineering and analytics to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that improve user experience and drive key metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the CRM ecosystem, align constraints and priorities, and advocate for the end state.
•Continuously optimize user workflows and capabilities by monitoring key metrics and incorporating user feedback.
•Collaborate with internal teams and end users to understand requirements, design solutions, test hypotheses with data, and support execution.
•Write detailed user stories with business rationale, requirements, and measurable success criteria.
•Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that maximize value with minimal risk and support ongoing iteration.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services industry, or a SaaS product.
•Proven track record as a product manager in Salesforce, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce solutions.
•Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations.
•Experience leading end-to-end solutions for Sales and Revenue Operations teams with strong stakeholder partnership.
•Proficient in Salesforce analytics and reporting tools (Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, Tableau) for data-driven decisions.
