Key Responsibilities

  • •Support operating system deployment and continuous improvement activities across the function and with program and functional partners.
  • •Serve as CORE Focal for Chief Engineering and Product Safety, aligning goals, managing improvement targets, and driving progress.
  • •Lead the Engineering Corrective Action Board (ECAB) and represent Engineering on the cross-functional Corrective Action Board.
  • •Oversee customer and supplier failure collection, impact analysis, prioritization, engagement sponsorship, chartering, and stakeholder/budget management.
  • •Plan, lead, execute, and facilitate CORE continuous improvement engagements, diagnostics, and initiatives; prepare executive-level updates and performance reporting.

Key Requirements
