Job Summary

Own how complex systems are delivered to customers by translating business outcomes into technical plans, managing milestones and dependencies, and running day-to-day execution across forward deployed and customer teams. Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams, translating business objectives into roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
•Run day-to-day engineering execution across OpenAI forward deployed and customer teams, unblocking progress and protecting the critical path through real-time trade-offs.
•Embed with customer teams to land production deployments, mapping workflows, shaping tools/integrations, and leading onboarding, adoption, and change management.
•Partner with Product and Research so platform and research workstreams land on time to support deployment goals.
•Codify reusable solution patterns and evals, and define value cases/ROI with impact hypotheses, KPIs, and pre-/post-deployment measurement/reporting.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
•Proven experience leading large, complex, high-stakes customer engagements with tight coordination and fast decision-making, ideally involving AI.
•Strong ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments and simplify complex work.
•Fluency across system-level understanding and execution detail, including mapping workflows/data and sketching architectures to ship systems.
•Ability to discuss and pressure-test technical details, make trade-offs, and demonstrate experience shipping AI/LLM systems.
