Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and grow a portfolio of multinational corporate clients, accountable for sales, services, risk, and operational delivery.
  • •Support strategic initiatives such as Corridor Champion, Sector Champion, and Unbanked Subsidiaries to increase market penetration and profitability.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with overseas HSBC Global Relationship Managers, Regional Relationship Managers, and key internal/external stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate customers’ banking requirements in-market and develop cross-border opportunities for HSBC clients headquartered outside Indonesia.
  • •Proactively manage credit, market, operational, and financial crime risks while ensuring regulatory, financial, and legal requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Corporate banking experience in a front-line role, including exposure to sales, commercial lending, credit structures, risk assessment, and trade finance (multinationals portfolio management preferred).
  • •Evidence of building customer relationships and achieving stretching revenue goals.
  • •In-depth understanding of the local market and sector, including the regulatory landscape.
  • •Proven track record of portfolio growth and new-to-bank business acquisition.
  • •Relevant Risk Management Certification.
