Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor a portfolio of customers unwilling or unable to pay back their credit.
  • •Engage with customers 1:1 to resolve breaches of credit terms.
  • •Liaise with external agencies and legal firms across jurisdictions, including instructing legal actions and registering claims in insolvencies.
  • •Build and maintain collections reports (amounts collected, written off, performance metrics) and provide insights as required.
  • •Collaborate with leadership and teams (risk, underwriting, and operations) to support policy changes and proactive monitoring using data-driven analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in collections, risk and compliance, and/or data analysis.
  • •Background in customer-facing roles across B2B or B2C (Customer Support, CX, or Customer Success).
  • •Intermediate skills with Google Workspace, SQL, and GenAI (including agentic AI tools).
  • •Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to fix bugs and scope new features.
  • •Strong independent leadership and the ability to convey complex operational concepts simply and empathetically.
