Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and ensure stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Use metrics and reports to support business-driving strategies while partnering with teams on budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendors, technology, and facilities.
