Job Summary

Support the implementation and automation of SEB’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in Jira Assets (Cloud), aligned with CSDM principles and integrated with Lansweeper for asset discovery. Design and maintain CMDB structures, map services across cloud and hybrid environments, build automation workflows and API integrations, and collaborate with IT, Security, and Architecture teams to define authoritative sources. Produce dashboards and reports on CMDB health and service dependencies in a cloud-first banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain CMDB structures in Jira Assets.
•Integrate Lansweeper discovery data into Jira Assets and ensure data quality.
•Map services and infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
•Develop automation workflows and API integrations for CMDB updates.
•Collaborate with IT, Security, and Architecture teams to define authoritative sources and ensure compliance with security and audit standards, and produce dashboards/reports on CMDB health and service dependencies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,750 - 5,650 monthly

Key Requirements

•CMDB modeling principles, preferably with Jira Assets.
•Experience mapping basic cloud services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
•API integration and scripting (Python or equivalent) to support automations.
•Data governance and data quality management experience.
•Data visualization experience and strong English to collaborate across Baltics teams.
