Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver on-time, accurate payroll processing according to the payroll calendar and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • •Validate and process payroll inputs (time, deductions, benefits deductions, incentives) from managers and HR departments; maintain time & attendance data and payroll system records.
  • •Process leave and absences to payroll, including updates to leave balances.
  • •Handle Tier 1 employee queries via email, phone, and in-person; work within a ticketing system and manage escalations as needed.
  • •Support payroll controls (checks/control reports), payroll reconciliation, payroll accounting/tax/audit support, and year-end activities with vendors.
