Accounting Clerk

Maintain accurate financial records and accounting databases, support preparation of financial statements and reports, and reconcile discrepancies for timely resolution. Assist with month-end reporting and monitor student accounts related to payment plans, scholarships, and non-standard arrangements. Partner with students, vendors, and internal teams to resolve billing and accounts receivable inquiries, while providing inbound telephone support and ensuring compliance with university, state, and federal regulations.
