Key Responsibilities

  • •Accelerate AI adoption across investment teams by staying current on AI technologies and delivering training, coaching, and office hours tailored to investment workflows.
  • •Improve AI-assisted output quality by reviewing workflows, recommending prompting and tool selection improvements, and creating reusable workflow templates and educational assets.
  • •Guide agentic workflows by advising when to use conversational AI vs structured agentic workflows, including task design, guardrails, and handoffs.
  • •Partner with AI engineers, researchers, and product teams to synthesize feedback, support onboarding of new agents, and influence roadmap priorities.
  • •Promote responsible use and measurable outcomes by reinforcing safety/compliance/data stewardship expectations and reporting adoption and impact metrics to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Investments, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Business, or a related analytical discipline.
