  • •Direct and supervise Service Bureau associates and lead(s) during the 2nd shift, including recruiting, training, developing team members, assigning workloads, and conducting performance reviews.
  • •Oversee Service Bureau equipment functionality, upkeep, preventative maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime.
  • •Manage material inventory and warehouse workflow records in the ERP system, including cycle counts and resolving discrepancies.
  • •Coordinate daily production schedules and workflows across departments to ensure high-quality printing, laminating, and shipping, and double-check shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
