Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and provide hands-on direction to a team of mobile fleet technicians, including one-on-one coaching, mentoring, and career development.
  • •Own market-level performance across productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth; identify and pursue new service opportunities.
  • •Retrieve, review, and monitor operational metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, and training or safety records to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Travel frequently to technician and customer locations to strengthen relationships, ensure quality, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • •Recruit, interview, onboard, and ramp up new technicians; conduct safety audits and Quality Control Inspections while ensuring compliance with DOT, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination such as master’s + 4 years, PhD + 1 year, or 10 years).
  • •At least 3 years’ experience in a people leadership role, with a track record of developing teams and driving performance.
  • •Strong ability to coach, mentor, and manage performance while leading through change in a growth-focused environment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts and execute effectively in a fast-paced, evolving market.
  • •Safe driving required: valid driver’s license and ability to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File; 21+ due to interstate operating authority regulations.
