Key Responsibilities

  • •Guard, patrol, and/or monitor the venue premises to prevent theft, violence, and rule infractions.
  • •Circulate among guests and employees to preserve safety, order, and protect venue property.
  • •Monitor and authorize entrance and departure to maintain security and safety.
  • •Patrol premises and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates; operate detecting devices to screen individuals.
  • •Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as damage, theft, unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years old.
  • •Successfully complete a background check (and in some cases a motor vehicle background).
  • •High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • •Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures is preferred.
  • •Demonstrate professional conduct/appearance and make independent good-judgment decisions within policy and procedures.
