Job Summary

Design and deliver Production Academy training for master trainers and craftpeople, including curriculum development, content validation, assessments, and learning materials creation. Partner with factory and production teams to identify training needs, maintain skills matrices and certification processes, and monitor trainee performance. Continuously improve training content and drive Production Academy initiatives, supporting cross-functional projects and learning activities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop learning and training curricula for master trainers and craftpeople, including validation, assessment, and knowledge/skills enhancement.
•Produce Production Academy learning content and materials, such as PowerPoint, multimedia, e-learning, and handbooks.
•Facilitate and conduct training for master trainers to transfer skills and techniques to craftspeople.
•Collaborate with factory managers and production teams to identify master trainers, analyze training needs, and monitor trainee performance after programs.
•Maintain and continuously update skills matrices and craftspeople certification, and drive Production Academy projects and cross-functional learning activities.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Trainer or Technical Learning Supervisor in the manufacturing industry, with jewelry manufacturing experience preferred.
•Hands-on experience in technical training and development within a manufacturing environment.
•Experience managing technical skill certification processes and skills matrices.
•Strong understanding of learning and development methodologies and frameworks.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and strong English communication.
