Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead company-wide headcount and operating expense forecasting.
  • •Own annual planning, monthly forecasting, and close processes.
  • •Develop and communicate cost structure narratives for board decks, month-end close, forecasts, annual plans, and long-range plans.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Success, Service, Trust & Safety, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Data Science, People, IT, Legal, Recruiting/HR, and Accounting) to support business decisions.
  • •Scale and improve FP&A systems (e.g., Adaptive) and manage cross-functional FP&A ad hoc projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • •5+ years of corporate FP&A experience.
  • •Demonstrated people management experience with a track record of building and developing team members.
  • •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and collaborate across the organization.
