Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with internal and external stakeholders and regulatory authorities to develop and maintain escrow services.
  • •Oversee daily escrow processes and transactions in coordination with the escrow Operations unit and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • •Handle escrow customers and authorities, including educating customers on escrow payments and serving as an escalation point.
  • •Manage escrow client complaints within the agreed time frame and take corrective actions for gaps in day-to-day processing.
  • •Track escrow incoming/outgoing transactions, create monthly MIS and audit reports, submit mandatory monthly/quarterly regulatory reports, and support audits/examinations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject such as business, finance, or marketing, plus related professional/technical qualifications or diplomas.
  • •Experience applying escrow rules and regulations.
  • •Strong customer service knowledge and ability to handle escrow-related customers and authorities.
  • •Ability to develop and sustain executive-level relationships across roles and levels.
  • •Written and oral communication skills, including in-person and phone interactions, plus presentation and facilitation skills.
