Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and lead all rigless well intervention operations, including wireline, slickline, coiled tubing, and snubbing activities.
  • •Interface directly with engineers, service company personnel, and management to align on operational objectives and risk mitigation.
  • •Conduct site inspections, job observations, and equipment audits to ensure standards are met for both equipment and personnel.
  • •Ensure well barrier integrity and adherence to well control requirements during intervention activities; participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • •Contribute to the growth and capability of junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as petroleum technology or mechanical engineering.
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience in rigless well intervention operations, including planning and execution of stimulation, wireline, slickline, coiled tubing, and flowback in sour gas and preferably unconventional environments.
  • •Experience in unconventional resources and a strong understanding of well intervention and stimulation operations and their impact on well completion.
  • •Proven record running intervention operations in unconventional wells, including coiled tubing, wireline, slickline, hydraulic fracturing, and flowback operations.
  • •Extensive knowledge of industry regulations, safety practices, and standards for surface and downhole equipment, plus ability to perform root cause analysis for investigation outcomes.
