Usher/Ticket Taker (Dos Equis)

Ensure guest safety and an excellent venue experience by greeting attendees, scanning tickets, answering questions, and assisting with directions and seat accommodations before, during, and after shows. Help maintain a clean and presentable venue, resolve guest issues, verify ticket authenticity, and support emergency procedures. Participate in venue recycling and sustainability efforts and assist with closing tasks at the end of events.
