Job Summary

Drive the launch of Infigratinib across multiple Southwest territories, developing territory plans and using sales and target data to exceed goals. Build deep expertise in Infigratinib and achondroplasia to engage HCPs in clinically relevant, compliant discussions. Partner with Field Medical, reimbursement, and the HUB to maximize customer and family satisfaction, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand advocacy with KOLs for BridgeBio.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and skeletal dysplasia clinics to meet and exceed sales goals.
•Demonstrate deep expertise in Infigratinib and achondroplasia and engage HCPs in clinically relevant, compliant discussions.
•Use sales and target data to identify growth opportunities, anticipate territory challenges, and adjust priorities as needed.
•Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer and family satisfaction.
•Build and maintain relationships with KOLs with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy for Infigratinib and BridgeBio, operating with a One Bridge mindset.

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8–10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech and 4+ years in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia (achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease experience preferred).
•BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
•Willingness to travel extensively.
•Proven product/indication launch experience, creating demand through disease-state and stakeholder education.
•Experience in account management and strategy, analyzing complex accounts and driving measurable impact.
