Catering Supervisor

Support the delivery of high-quality catering services within HMP Dovegate, ensuring nutritious meals prepared to a consistently high standard. You’ll prepare balanced menus for special diets and cultural/religious requirements, maintain food safety, storage and hygiene, and complete HACCP-related documentation. The role also includes supervising and supporting kitchen workers, performing quality checks, handling feedback and complaints, and contributing to resident wellbeing and rehabilitation through a safe, respectful environment.
