Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation to support timely delivery.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by monitoring progress, performing quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflow.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment to ensure adequate supply for project requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience in construction.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, methods, and materials used in building projects.
  • •Proficiency with construction tools and software such as AutoCAD, project management software, and surveying instruments.
  • •Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations (including OSHA standards) to conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required.
