Modules Technology & ITO Leader (M/F/D)

Lead the Avenza Technology team for Modules in Avenza Plant, driving cultural, technology, and operational excellence. Own early-stage project activities in the ITO phase, including quotation support, risk review, and constructability reviews. Define production engineering strategy and yard-based modularization, translate design intent into production-ready engineering packages, and evolve yard operations into a structured, takt-driven manufacturing environment with clear work instructions, BOMs, and lift plans. Ensure HSE/quality compliance and KPI-driven performance.
