Job Summary

Senior Category Manager responsible for executing technology sourcing strategies and managing software, SaaS, and Generative AI procurement. You will negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and lead cost-effective procurement decisions across Software, SaaS, and AI solutions from a hybrid, multi-location team. Reports to Sr. Director of Software Sourcing on the Technology Sourcing Team.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement sourcing strategies for software, SaaS, and Generative AI.
•Negotiate, administer, and manage software licensing contracts including AI complexities.
•Manage supplier relationships and conduct supplier business reviews to ensure cost-effective procurement.
•Perform spend analysis and cost modeling using statistical techniques to forecast market trends.
•Lead RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ) to identify and engage with competitive suppliers.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, or Finance, plus 5-10 years experience or equivalent preferred.
•A technical education, or knowledge of Software, SaaS licensing and Public Cloud is a must.
•Strong understanding of legal concepts as related to contract negotiations.
•Excellent relationship management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers, and internal business customers, and senior management.
•Experience using Salesforce and Coupa is desirable.
