  • •Assist in drafting, negotiating, and facilitating signatures for contracts related to film and television licensing for global television and digital/new media partners.
  • •Prepare short form license agreements, deal memos, amendments, and other legal documents as needed.
  • •Identify, research, and help resolve business and legal issues, including contract interpretation, and provide legal guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • •Review post-execution agreements and input key deal terms into the ONIT application.
  • •Provide support on special projects and other related duties as assigned.
