•Lead marketplace assortment strategy across Amazon, Walmart.com, and Target+, building channel-right assortments tied to revenue, margin, and brand goals.
•Act as the brand-dedicated marketplace merchant and represent marketplace needs within Global Merchandising, influencing product and planning decisions.
•Translate marketplace performance and competitive insights into actionable product input, assortment, carryover, and line architecture.
•Own marketplace strategies (SMU, exclusive, tentpole) and drive incremental growth around key commercial moments.
•Run the marketplace business rhythm using KPI analysis, performance reporting, and action plans, coordinating with Planning and Operations to align inventory and purchase orders.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Business, Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience).

•Deep experience with Amazon marketplace (Walmart.com and/or Target+ strongly preferred).
•Proven ability to operate as a single-brand merchant, owning assortment, pricing, product input, and performance.
•Strong analytical skills to translate marketplace data, consumer behavior, and competitive trends into business actions.
