Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver finance transformation programmes covering regulatory change, finance technology, process optimisation, and operating model transformation, including AI-enabled workflows and automation where appropriate.
  • •Partner with CFOs, treasurers, and C-suite stakeholders to implement finance strategies, strengthen controls, and optimise regulatory reporting (including ICAAP, ILAAP, and RRP).
  • •Define business requirements and manage end-to-end project delivery across finance, treasury, and regulatory change initiatives with appropriate governance for AI-assisted tools.
  • •Design and implement stress testing frameworks across credit, market, and liquidity risk to support regulatory compliance and decision-making.
  • •Collaborate with technology teams to embed digital, automation, and AI-enabled solutions into finance processes, architecture, and operating models.
