Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide review of Contractor submittals for completeness and compliance with specification requirements while monitoring the Submittal and RFI review process.
  • •Process or facilitate all communications between the Contractor, Owner, Project Design Engineer, and the Program Manager.
  • •Respond to Contractor letters of correspondence providing interpretation of contract drawings and specifications to resolve problems or conflicts arising on site.
  • •Participate in the review and evaluation of contractor claims and change order proposals.
  • •Issue all Engineering or Client-initiated changes or clarifications of the contract documents to the Contractor and decide as to the magnitude and impact of same to the progression of work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency
  • •A valid driver's license is required
  • •Preferred: 10 years of related experience with 5+ years Municipal Water / Wastewater Construction Project experience
  • •Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal and external contacts
