Job Summary

Spearhead the Apparel, activewear sourcing function with a focus on Men’s Activewear for SEA. Build and lead vendor partnerships from scratch, scaling supply chains to meet cost, quality, and lead-time targets while expanding the supplier base and improving product costs and terms across categories.

Key Responsibilities

•Scout for vendor partners in SEA who can manufacture high quality products with fast production lead time
•Pitching and onboarding vendor partners rapidly with clear test-period criteria and scalability checks
•Drive excellence in partner operations to improve cost, quality and commercial terms while expanding the supplier base
•Act as an ambassador to partners, building and deepening relationships and driving continuous improvement
•Drive for higher hit-rate launches through product excellence and faster development times by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions

•Experience: 10 year + sourcing and merchandising experience in apparel, activewear categories with high-end national brands in United States
•Self-Motivated: Proven ability as a self starter and quick independent learner adapting swiftly to new challenges

•Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on execution, process improvement, and brand enhancement
•Product Development: Deep understanding of the product development process, utilizing factory and vendor expertise to effectively bring new products to market in speed
