Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of production planners (or production planning team leads) across the supervised sites.
  • •Develop timely, accurate plans for finished products and short-term finished goods availability within the 0–12 week horizon.
  • •Manage short-term exceptions, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to identify root causes and drive corrective/preventative actions.
  • •Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and coordinate CoE resources (buyers, planners, production schedulers) to deliver the MPS plan.
  • •Interface with operations to drive schedule adherence and report/analyze KPIs to improve cash, cost, and customer service results.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics).
  • •5+ years of supply chain experience across areas such as Materials Management, Inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, and SIOP.
  • •2+ years of experience as a people manager.
  • •Deep functional understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, SIOP, Materials Management, demand planning/forecasting, end-to-end planning, Master Production Scheduling, capacity analysis, and inventory management.
  • •Working understanding of MRP; CPIM certification is a plus.
