Job Summary

Lead the revenue accounting team and own revenue recognition strategy, processes, and systems. Manage and develop two Revenue Accountants while ensuring IFRS 15 compliance and accurate, timely revenue recognition across a SaaS, high-volume data environment. Partner with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Legal, Product, and Finance to support close, reconciliations, reporting, automation, and audits. This is a player-coach role balancing people leadership with technical accounting and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage, and develop two Revenue Accountants, setting goals, priorities, and reviewing work quality and accuracy.
•Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in compliance with IFRS 15, including reviewing contracts and add-ons.
•Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual closing adjustments and reconciliations, and assist with revenue-related financial statements and disclosures.
•Develop and maintain SQL queries for revenue closing and reporting, and use Claude to automate large-scale reconciliations between source systems and the general ledger.
•Drive process improvement for revenue recognition workflows, coordinate with auditors, and maintain internal controls and documentation.
