  • •Demonstrate and lead the AECOM culture within the team, supporting learning and growth.
  • •Collaborate productively in a team environment and work with international projects and home offices.
  • •Perform daily work under the designer’s supervision and contribute to small project portions reviewed by senior/experienced engineers.
  • •Set standards and procedures for CAD work and work on complex drawings with markups in 2D and 3D.
  • •Prepare geometric design for linear infrastructures and may train less experienced staff for drawing/graphic elements.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record working on highway/track/civil (civils) designs (+2 years).
  • •Intermediate proficiency in at least one software package: OpenRoads, Civil 3D, or 12d Model.
  • •Proven commitment to Quality Control Policy and Quality Management System.
  • •Experience working in the North America region or Australia is a plus.
  • •Fluent in English (oral and written).
