Job Summary

Monzo is hiring an experiential People Partner to design and deliver the people strategy for Customer Operations, partnering with Directors and senior leadership to drive high performance, engagement and inclusive org design. You’ll own the people lifecycle, coach managers, and leverage data to improve organizational health while supporting headcount decisions and budget alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Directors across Operations to create and deliver a people plan that enables teams to solve problems with empathy and pace, delivering exceptional experiences for Customers and Colleagues.
•Collaborate with Senior Leadership teams across Operations to drive high performance, engagement and healthy organisation design.
•Own the people lifecycle within your business area, proactively iterating and improving your approach.
•Collaborate with the Diversity Lead to drive measurable change in company-wide D&I goals within Tech & Business teams.
•Identify and surface trends in data to inform people decisions and drive changes with stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 57,000 - 75,000 annually

•Strong data analysis skills to surface trends and inform people decisions.
•Inclusion-driven mindset with ability to drive measurable diversity and inclusion outcomes across Tech & Business teams.
