Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the main point of contact on site for event operations, including local authorities, the venue, departments, and vendors during the show.
  • •Lead the daily Operations Team and support Site Delivery teams, ensuring world-class delivery and exceptional customer service.
  • •Manage staffing and operations across functions such as medical, security, cleaning, utilities, catering, AV, lighting, retail, parking, and guest services.
  • •Own budgetary responsibilities: support operational budget requests, set objectives and guidelines, notify urgent changes, and run weekly/monthly reviews with finance.
  • •Implement Event Safety Management Plans and standard operating procedures, handle incidents, manage risk, and deliver post-event reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 500 daily

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of five (5) years of experience in event management, live events, festivals, experiential events, or a related production environment.
  • •People management and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead and de-escalate during stressful situations.
  • •Experience managing large outdoor festivals, Illumination trails, or outdoor experiential events.
  • •Budget management experience, including setting objectives and tracking/documenting event expenses against guidelines.
  • •Comfortable using Google Drive and Google suite tools (Sheets, Word, Google Meetings); First-Aid certification is a plus.
