Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure each enabling works package is delivered in line with programme timelines, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
  • •Liaise with local authorities, heritage and environmental bodies, and utility providers to maintain compliance and effective coordination.
  • •Oversee integration of enabling works into the wider programme to minimise disruption to subsequent phases.
  • •Monitor and report on progress, risks, mitigation, and project performance, adjusting plans to meet delivery objectives.
  • •Manage and administer contracts and track expenditure, milestones, change control, and quality performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle through to completion.
  • •Proven background in enabling works and construction management.
  • •Strong commercial and financial awareness within a package or project environment, including working with supply chain partners.
  • •Experience leading elements of projects within large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Working knowledge and experience of NEC contracts.
