Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes aligned to project requirements and business objectives.
  • •Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers to drive productivity, quality, and motivation.
  • •Oversee test execution across functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing phases.
  • •Define, monitor, and report testing metrics, providing progress, quality, and risk updates to senior management.
  • •Manage test environments, tools, and automation frameworks; identify and mitigate risks related to software releases and deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •15+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience, including 10+ years in a managerial role leading end-to-end testing for large-scale projects in Agile and Waterfall.
  • •Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • •Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT), plus defect tracking systems.
  • •Leadership and stakeholder management experience, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
