Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead digital real estate projects of medium complexity from planning to implementation within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • •Develop and prioritize use cases to optimize and automate processes in real estate management and improve customer experience.
  • •Actively engage internal and external stakeholders and communicate appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Own department internal applications, coordinate updates with suppliers and IT, and ensure stable operations.
  • •Continuously optimize and expand the department’s internal system landscape.

Key Requirements
