Trainer

Support the training mission by designing and delivering Food & Beverage training aligned with F&B values, policies, and procedures. Conduct training need analysis, create and schedule weekly and monthly departmental training plans, maintain up-to-date F&B manuals and materials, and ensure new joiners complete orientation and training checklists. Document attendance, research and design new training programs, and train teams on standards, stock practices, visual merchandising, and health & safety requirements.
