Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct training need analysis with the Training Manager.
  • •Devise and communicate weekly and monthly departmental training plans and schedule F&B training for team members.
  • •Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date F&B manuals, policies & procedures, and task breakdowns; provide each team member a personal copy.
  • •Coordinate new-joiner F&B orientation and ensure training checklists are completed within the first week; document training attendance per team member.
  • •Communicate and train on F&B standards and policies and procedures, including health & safety program requirements and workplace inspections.
