Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define product goals and requirements and ensure the user's perspective is integrated into the product planning process.
  • •Design workflows, wireframes, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity mockups to present design solutions.
  • •Conduct user interviews, testing sessions, card sorting, affinity mapping, and both qualitative and quantitative tests to inform design decisions.
  • •Take end-to-end ownership of the user journey from ideation to final production, ensuring a cohesive experience.
  • •Participate in design critiques and communicate effectively with users, researchers, and cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 7 - 12 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in product design, particularly with scalable end-user and business web-based applications.
  • •Proficiency in UX and UI with end-to-end product design experience, strong understanding of UX principles, UI layout, and familiarity with Figma and design systems.
