Recruiting Director

Lead recruiting strategy for GovCIO’s Health and Civilian Talent Acquisition team, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and employment processing. Establish recruiting procedures, supervise team operations, develop employment advertising, and partner with managers to align staffing needs. Own recruiting performance metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-start, cost per hire), monitor department budget, and stay current on labor legislation affecting hiring. Lead, train, and develop recruiting managers and staff.
