  • •Design 0-1 products from scratch and expand existing products within your portfolio, uncovering greenfield opportunities.
  • •Design large-scale, complex experiences that are intuitive and delightful to use.
  • •Mentor other designers, define operational processes, and lead by example through craft and behavior.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales and other cross-functional teams to facilitate design-driven discussions and prioritize initiatives.
  • •Help create a long-term product vision, roadmap, and define product requirements to execute on the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional work experience in an individual contributor role on a Product Design team
  • •B.A./B.S. in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field/equivalent experience
  • •Experience owning the end-to-end design for a product, from roadmap planning to QA of builds
  • •Experience leading and mentoring other designers from the IC role
  • •Outstanding portfolio showcasing high-quality product experiences shipped against tight deadlines
