Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the physical realization of Cloudflare’s global offices by directing architects, general contractors, and artists to design and build culturally authentic spaces.
  • •Architect and execute AI workflow improvements across design and construction phases, including vendor onboarding/benchmarking, contracting, cost estimation, budget/project tracking, and risk identification.
  • •Drive spatial experimentation using real-time utilization patterns and continuous employee feedback to evolve office footprints based on findings.
  • •Own and manage the global CapEx budget, delivering multi-year forecasting, cost-variance reporting, and executive-level capital reporting.
  • •Establish commissioning protocols and govern a global project pipeline with compliance to local laws, supporting large-scale tenant improvements and sustainable building standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12+ years of experience leading interior design and complex construction project management, especially in high-growth technology or global enterprises.
