Job Summary

Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding using precision instruments to fabricate cryogenic assemblies for MRI magnet manufacturing. Cut, bend, drill, tap, and complete related fabrication operations as required. Read and interpret drawings and supporting documentation, including following procedures and signing off records. The role is onsite on 2nd shift, working Monday–Friday, 3:20pm–11:30pm at the Latham, New York site.

•Complete high-quality TIG and MIG welds using precision instruments.
•Cut, bend, drill, tap, and perform similar operations to fabricate intricate cryogenic assemblies.

•Follow documentation assembly procedures and sign off documentation as required.
•Operate bridge cranes and forklift trucks as needed for fabrication and assembly tasks.

Salary: USD 18.1 - 28.96 hourly

•1+ years of welding experience and experience using mechanical assembly tools.
•High school diploma or equivalent.

•Ability to read and write to follow documentation assembly procedures and sign off documentation as required.
