Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out requested repairs (reactive, proactive, and planned) to required standards and within SLA deadlines.
  • •Provide 24/7 emergency out-of-hours cover on a rota basis once every 8–10 weeks.
  • •Maintain health and safety for yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
  • •Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers only.
  • •Inspect and maintain company vehicles in a professional and clean condition, and manage your workflow as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Be responsible for Health & Safety of yourself and users of the property during and after works.
