Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain a political network across Capitol Hill and federal agencies as a registered lobbyist, including managing LDA compliance activities for ACPR.
  • •Proactively manage a dynamic advocacy strategy for ACPR federal initiatives supporting public radio stations.
  • •Track, analyze, and brief internal leadership on legislative, regulatory, and policy developments impacting ACPR’s federal strategy.
  • •Design and execute proactive engagement plans such as policy briefings, staff delegations, and advocacy days, and regularly meet with Hill staff.
  • •Conduct research on Members of Congress and executive branch officials and monitor hearings and administrative policy announcements to inform advocacy strategy.
