Job Summary

Lead the origination and execution of liability solutions for insurance clients, owning client relationship development and the full transaction lifecycle. Serve as a primary client contact while coordinating cross-functional teams across reinsurance deal/pricing, insurance-funded product strategies, and legal/finance/operations. Develop strategic proposals, manage complex execution, lead financial analysis for opportunities, and mentor junior teammates.

Key Responsibilities

•Pitch and originate liability solutions by developing new client relationships and deepening existing ones.
•Serve as primary client point of contact, directing ongoing dialogue and driving the client management process.
•Structure and execute reinsurance transactions in collaboration with reinsurance pricing/deal teams and the insurance business.
•Shape strategic proposals and product pitch materials, and lead transaction execution from initiation through completion.
•Lead financial analysis for opportunities and trends and provide mentorship, review, and development to junior team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Approximately 6-10+ years of relevant experience in an investment bank, (re)insurance company, asset management firm, or private equity firm in M&A/structuring and/or senior client-facing roles.
•Deep, hands-on experience with insurance M&A, corporate finance, capital markets, and a sophisticated understanding of the (re)insurance market and strategies.
•Direct experience structuring and executing (re)insurance transactions and insurance capital solutions is strongly preferred.
•Strong analytical rigor and demonstrated commercial judgment, with leadership presence and the ability to own client relationships and lead transactions end-to-end.
•Ability to lead multiple teams and complex transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
