Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build robust Workato automations and integrations across business systems with a focus on reliability, observability, and reusability.
  • •Lead complex, cross-functional integration projects end-to-end including requirements, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • •Operationalize AI-powered workflows and agents by integrating Glean and other AI tools into governed business processes.
  • •Establish and evolve standards for automation design, testing, monitoring/observability, documentation, and security/compliance, and drive adoption of reusable patterns.
  • •Implement high-quality engineering practices for Workato (e.g., version control, peer reviews, CI/CD for recipes) and mentor peers through design reviews and enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years delivering automation, integration, or data engineering in business-critical, preferably SaaS/B2B environments.
  • •Expertise with Workato (recipe design, API integrations, connectors/SDK, and operational best practices).
  • •Hands-on experience with Glean (administration, API usage, and integrating AI retrieval/agentic workflows).
  • •Deep familiarity with enterprise systems and data/process flows, including Salesforce, NetSuite, BambooHR, Okta/identity, and engineering/ticketing tools.
