Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests promptly and professionally, control guest flow, and direct guests to appropriate waiting areas.
  • •Collect guest details (party size, description, arrival time, child needs when applicable) and estimate/quote accurate wait times.
  • •Seat guests, place menus, answer questions about the menu, music hall, and artists, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • •Support VIP/foundation access by managing reservation lists, guest lists for special events, and checking foundation membership cards and photo ID.
  • •Maintain host area cleanliness and organization, follow safety/sanitation standards, and communicate with door host, kitchen, and Vinyl Room managers to ensure proper operations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and familiarity with music mall and retail operations.
  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification (or equivalent) as required.
  • •Working knowledge of restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations, and problem solving.
  • •Strong diplomacy, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • •Ability to seat guests in a high-volume restaurant, with punctuality/attendance and adherence to sanitation and safety standards.
